今年香港聖公會聖馬太長者鄰舍中心一班「耆織寶保」的老友記再次在壹合擺設市集，為大家呈獻溫暖牌頸巾、冷帽、披肩和冷衫等等。歡迎大家前來選購他們精美的作品，支持銀齡手藝！

This year, the "Silver Haired Weaving Group" from the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui St. Matthew’s Neighbourhood Centre is back at Project House!  They are excited to present a collection of warm scarves, hats, shawls, and sweaters. Look forward to seeing you there to support their craftsmanship and shop their beautiful creations!

「耆織寶保」來自香港聖公會聖馬太長者鄰舍中心的義工小組，小組旨在透過鼓勵「耆」英發揮所長，善用編「織」的手藝，將毛冷變成「寶」貝一樣的冷織品，提倡環「保」再生而命名為「耆織寶保」。部分毛冷製成品會轉贈社區上有需要嘅群體，同時亦透過義賣形式籌募經費，部份收益用於購買毛冷，讓小組持續運作，讓一群喜愛編織的同路人，提供一個交流編織心得的平台。另一部份收益用以資助香港聖公會聖馬太長者鄰舍中心的服務，持續為長者及護老者提供創新、多元化和適切的社區支援服務，協助長者在熟悉的社區安享晚年。中心亦積極推動尊敬及關愛長者的社區文化，共建關懷共融的社區。

The "Silver Haired Weaving Group” from Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui St. Matthew’s Neighbourhood Centre, aims to encourage seniors to utilize their skills in knitting and weaving, transforming discarded wool into valuable knitted items. Some of the finished wool products will be donated to underprivileged groups in the community. Additionally, we will raise funds through charity sales, with part of the proceeds used to purchase more wool, allowing the group to continue its operations and providing a platform for knitting enthusiasts to share their experiences. Another portion of the proceeds will be allocated to support services for Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui St. Matthew’s Neighbourhood Centre, which providing fresh, diverse and customised community support services for elders and caregivers, so elders can better enjoy their latter years in a community with which they are familiar. The centre also actively promotes a culture of care and respect towards elders to help construct a harmonious society.
