Do we have to pursue happiness but detest sadness or anger? What can we support ourselves if we are anxious? Emotions make us a unique human rather than a robot. This workshop will raise the community’s awareness of mental health and wellbeing through understanding and uncovering the meaning of our emotions. We will engage in useful daily practices and learn some coping systems such as five senses, meditations, breathing exercises, and mindful eating. Interactive activities will be introduced so that the participants can feel their emotions and be present.
