The beginner class will focus on gentle light movements and stretches coordinated with breathing. The softer pace will allow you to stay present and explore the alignment and balance of body. Join Natalie in this session to unwind and enhance your body and mind journey.

Natalie is a registered yoga teacher (RYT200), with experience teaching volunteer yoga to non-profit organisations. There was no coming back after her first yoga class, therefore she is passionate about making yoga accessible and spreading the love and peace for body & mind to the community.
