「壹合」社區共享空間，位於皇后大道西壹號「有記合」唐樓地舖，以結合歷史、社區、文化的創意活動連結上環街坊，為街坊提供喘息的空間。我們期望以空間配對社區資源，營造上環社區的互助網絡，強化地區韌性。
「壹合」希望成為上環街坊們的聚腳地，提供一個相聚相連的平台。我們將舉辦一系列固定服務和主題活動，為大家提供多樣化的活動體驗，營造相互交流的機會。
「壹合」由明愛堅道社區中心及一口舍群共同營運。「壹合」由擇善基金會及周大福慈善基金共同資助、活在山下基金全力支持。
Project House @1QRW serves as a community shared space located at the shop space at 1 Queen’s Road West in Sheung Wan, the former “Yau Kee Hop”. We hope to connect the community of Sheung Wan and provide a comfortable breathing space by weaving heritage, community and culture through creative happenings. By leveraging this iconic shop space and bridging local community resources, we intend to foster and strengthen the Sheung Wan community network and resilience.
Project House @1QRW aspires to be a gathering space for Sheung Wan kaifongs, a place to meet and connect with one another via both regular services and thematic activities.
Project House @1QRW is co-operated by Caritas Community Centre - Caine Road and onebite Social. This project is co-funded by ZeShan Foundation and Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation, and in collaboration with the Lion Rock Heritage Foundation.

社區共享空間 ｜ Community Shared Space
「壹合」致力打造一個社區共享空間，歡迎大家前來休息、歇腳，無論是打工的朋友還是街坊鄰里，都能在這裡找到所需的便利設施和舒適環境。無論是需要一個喘息的空間、想找人聊聊天、或者只是想找個地方食個飯，「壹合」的大門都為你打開。
Project House @1QRW is a community space dedicated to providing a convenient and comfortable environment for Sheung Wan’s neighbours and nearby workers to rest and take a break. Whether you need a moment to unwind, engage in friendly conversations, or enjoy a meal, our doors are open. Soak in the welcoming atmosphere of Project House @1QRW, where everyone is invited and hopefully you can find comfort and connect with your neighbours.
社區探索練習場 ｜Social Playground
社區探索練習場旨在為居民提供一個互相交流和連結的機會。透過「小朋友的社區課室」、「街坊駐場」和「三人成班」等機會，我們努力促進不同年齡和背景的鄰里建立更緊密的人際關係，同時提升他們的溝通技能，通過支持個人的成長，從而打造一個更加緊密連結且融洽的社區。
The Social Playground aims to provide residents with communication, interaction, and connection opportunities. Through various initiatives such as Children’s Community Classroom, Community Pulsing and Three-in-a-row, we strive to foster closer interpersonal relationships among neighbours of different ages and backgrounds while enhancing their communication skills. By supporting personal growth, we aspire to create a more connected and harmonious community.
上環補補 ｜Sheung Wan Sewing Squad
「上環補補」是一個由社區內的媽媽、退休人士和長者組成的縫紉小組，包括車縫及針黹。他們不僅可以在這裡學習縫紉技能，還能透過提供改衣服務、舉辦公眾工作坊以及製作自家產品，獲得彈性就業機會，服務街坊，並結識有共同興趣的鄰里。
The Sheung Wan Sewing Squad brings together a diverse group of mothers, retirees, and elderly residents from the neighbourhood. This dedicated team has the opportunity to receive professional training in providing alteration services to the community, creating high-quality products, and hosting engaging public workshops. Our goal is to empower residents by equipping them with valuable sewing skills, enabling them to contribute to the community while fostering flexible employment opportunities.

上環哂冷｜Sheung Wan Showcase
「上環哂冷」將 「壹合」變作社區的留白空間，讓區內大小團體及有興趣人士在此舉辦不同主題的活動、工作坊、服務、表演、展覽、限定店等，讓「壹合」持續為街坊們帶來有新意又好玩的活動。我們期望透過每季一個新主題，吸引興趣多元的街坊參與，並鼓勵區內志同道合的街坊自組小組學習、交流技能、回饋社區。
Under Sheung Wan Showcase, Project House @1QRW will be transformed into a white space that welcomes local groups and individuals to host various themed activities, workshops, performances, exhibitions, pop-up shops (or literally anything!). We hope that by introducing a new theme every season, we can attract Sheung Wan neighbours with diverse interests to participate and encourage like-minded fellows to initiate small learning groups, exchange skills, and allow continuous engagement within the community.
